Biography
Manuel Davis is a Rocky Mount native that attended Rocky Mount Senior High School. After finishing High School, Manuel went on to play football at Campbell University. While attending Campbell University, Manuel was also a member of the Army ROTC Program. Manuel attended Law School at the University of North Carolina School of Law. After law school, he opened his own general practice firm. After several years on his own, Manuel then began working at the District Attorney’s Office, prosecuting cases ranging from criminal trespass to first-degree murder. Manuel then worked at the North Carolina Department of Justice, handling civil litigation matters in Federal Court, State Court, the Industrial Commission, and at the Office of Administrative hearings. Manuel also proudly serves in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Judge Advocate. Manuel is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.
